Rounds

Round 1 - Screening

  • Mode: Online Round
  • Problem Statement Release: Saturday, 11/10/25 12:00 AM
  • Submission Date: Sunday, 12/10/25 11:59 PM
  • Shortlisting: 40 Teams

Round 2 - Hackathon

  • Problem Statement: 5-7 Real World Problem Statements
  • Duration: Thursday, 16/10/25 11:00 AM - Friday, 17/10/25 11:00 AM
  • Shortlisting: 15 - 20 Team

Round 3 - Presentation

  • Timings: Friday, 17/10/25 12:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  • Duration: 5 minutes presentation + 5 minutes questionnaire

Details of Hackathon Round

  • Multiple problem statements covering different disciplines (eg: AI/ML, IOT, Blockchain etc) will be provided.
  • Participants have to pick one and build a solution in 24 hours.
  • Problem statements will be declared at the start of the event.

Equipment:

  • Each team will be provided with one power socket only.
  • Participants are required to bring their own extension cords, mobile chargers, and laptop chargers.

Facilities Provided:

  • Meal will be provided during the event.
  • Wi-Fi access will be available for all participants.

  • Team Size: 3-4 members; no team switching after registration ends.
  • Time Management: Submit projects before the deadline.
  • Originality: All ideas and code must be original; plagiarism will lead to disqualification.
  • Allowed Resources: Open-source libraries/APIs can be used but must be declared.
  • Behavior: Respect all participants; harassment or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.
  • Facilities Provided: Meals, Wi-Fi, and resting areas available.
  • Equipment: Bring extension cords, chargers, and other essentials.

Prohibited

  • Alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substances.
  • Male and female participants in each other’s rest areas at night.
