Important Note/Instruction for Stall Registrants

Submission of the Form Does Not Guarantee Stall Approval

By filling out this form, you are expressing your interest in opening a stall. However, this does not guarantee that your stall will be approved. All stall applications will first be reviewed by the Tech Club members. Only those stalls that meet the necessary criteria will be selected.

Stall Fee

If your stall is approved, you will be required to pay a fee to open and operate your stall. The fee amount varies depending on the type of stall you plan to open. 

Event Dates

All selected stalls must be operational for two days:

• 16th October 2025
• 17th October 2025
  Please ensure that you and your team are available to manage the stall on these dates.

Integrity and Adherence to Rules

To ensure a smooth and successful event, integrity and adherence to the rules are crucial. Please follow all event guidelines and maintain professionalism while operating your stall. Failure to do so may result in disqualification or removal from the event.

Limited Number of Participants per Stall

There will be a limited number of students allowed in each stall to ensure proper management and safety. Kindly plan your team size accordingly.

Behavior and Conduct

We expect all participants to behave responsibly and respectfully during the event. Any form of unruly, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may lead to immediate disqualification and termination of your stall from the event.

Allotment & Setup

• Each stall will be allotted a specific space by the organizing committee.

• Stall owners must set up their stalls within the given time frame before the fest begins.

• No extension of stall area beyond the allotted space is allowed.

Decoration & Branding

• Stall decoration should be safe, clean, and within the allocated boundaries.

• No use of permanent fixtures, drilling, or wall damage is permitted.

• Banners/posters should be neat and approved by the committee (if required).

Electrical & Technical Requirements

• Power supply will be provided as per the request made in advance.

• Heavy electrical equipment (like heaters, induction, etc.) is not permitted unless pre-approved.

• Stall owners must ensure proper handling of wires and avoid overloading sockets.

Conduct & Discipline

• Stall representatives must wear their stall ID cards at all times.

• Misbehavior, use of abusive language, or violation of college discipline will lead to stall cancellation.

• Stall owners are responsible for maintaining decorum in their area.

Sales & Transactions

• Any sale of items must be pre-approved by the organizing committee.

• No prohibited items (tobacco, alcohol, offensive materials, etc.) are allowed.

• Prices of products/services must be displayed clearly.

Cleanliness & Waste Management

• Each stall must maintain hygiene and cleanliness.

• Dustbins should be used for waste disposal.

• At the end of the day, stalls must be cleared of litter and restored to their original condition.

Safety & Security

• Stall owners are responsible for the safety of their belongings.

• The committee will not be liable for theft or damage to stall property.

• Fire safety norms must be strictly followed.

Timings

• Stalls must open and close at the timings specified by the organizing committee.

• Late setup or delayed closing without permission may attract penalties.

Permissions & Compliance

• All stalls must comply with college/institutional rules.

• Any violation can lead to immediate closure of the stall.

Organizers’ Rights

• The organizing committee reserves the right to inspect, regulate, or cancel any stall at any time if rules are violated.
